Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused (unwashed, free of makeup, sweat, hair or scent) and in their original condition with any original packaging or tags included. Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, final-sale, or otherwise non-returnable items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos so we can review the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
